Dr. Uwe Kumm has over 15 years of experience in international management consulting, more than 10 of them in Russia and the CIS. He established and led the full-service Moscow and Kyiv offices and the representative office in Riga before assuming responsibility for all of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants' Eastern European business.

Uwe Kumm has extensive experience in advising large industrial enterprises on all major top-management issues - from restructuring and privatization to corporate strategy development. He has a Ph.D. in engineering and economics and a diploma from Kharkov University in Ukraine.
