Olga Andrienko-Bentz started her career in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2003. Having taken part in a significant number of projects in the CIS and Germany she joined the company's Kiev office in 2008 and headed the competence center "Consumer goods and retail" in Ukraine.

During the time in a company she has implemented numerous successful projects for leading international, Russian and Ukrainian companies of various economy sectors. Mrs. Andrienko-Bentz is a recognized expert in strategy development, supply chain management and governance structure optimization.

Olga Andrienko-Bentz graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, she holds a Master of Science degree of Helsinki School in Economics and Business Administration and a diploma of International Business University of Cologne, Germany.
