Requirements

People come to us from very varying backgrounds. Interns and professionals, doctoral students and MBA graduates all have one thing in common, however: They are all taking the plunge into a corporate culture characterized by energy and dynamism, partnership and empathy, an international outlook and the will to succeed. Prospective consultants have completed their studies with distinction and ideally should have additional academic achievements (second course of study, Ph.D., MBA). Excellent command English is a must. German is a plus. Aside from practical experience (challenging internships, professional experience in Western Europe and/or the United States), we are also looking at applicants' personalities. We expect to see curious, assertive and energetic team players with strong interpersonal skills who are eager to learn. Our consultants are assigned to national and international projects; they need to have enthusiasm for other countries and cultures and be willing to travel.

You can apply for a two- to three-month internship with Roland Berger at any time. Internships are available during the whole year.

Requirements are:

• You are a student near the end of your studies or are writing your dissertation
• You have already completed internships at leading businesses
• Your academic grades are outstanding
• Besides Ukrainian/Russian, you can speak excellent English. German is a plus
