Career steps
At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, there are a total of six career steps. Your entry level depends on your prior experience.
We offer our consultants an excellent program for professional and personal development. Twice a year, each consultant's location and progress will be reviewed and, based on this, the individual career path will be determined in discussions with his or her personal mentor.
The objectives set in this context mark the paths for individual development in our company. Our extensive international seminar program for all consultants, including the two-week Kickoff training, is also part of this process. Depending on performance and length of employment, consultants also have the opportunity to study for an MBA or a doctorate. There are also opportunities to work in other Roland Berger offices, courtesy of our International Staff Exchange Program, thus garnering more experience.
